Change in Expense Advance Tariff

With the communiqué on the Expense Advance Tariff of the Code of Civil Procedure published in the Official Gazette dated October,24 2023 and numbered 32349 (''Communiqué''), the amount of advance on expenses has been amended.

Pursuant to Article 3 of the Communiqué, it is determined that the plaintiff shall pay the sum of five times the number of parties as notification fee and 250 TL for other works and procedures as advance on expenses.

The Communiqué entered into force on the date of its publication, and it has been applied as the plaintiff had been paying the sum of five times the number of parties for the notification fee and 150 TL for other works and transactions as an advance on expenses since September 30,2022.

Accordingly, it has been observed that the expense advance tariff for 2023 has been increased by approximately (average) 70% compared to the expense advance tariff for 2022.
