Minimum Attorneyship Fee Tariff 2022

The Minimum Attorneyship Fee Tariff to be applied in 2022 has been entered into force upon its publishment in the Official Gazette dated September 3, 2022.

Accordingly, it has been noted that the fees of 2022 have been generally and approximately increased by (average) 110% compared to the fees of 2021.
