Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff 2023

The Minimum Attorneyship Fee Tariff to be applied in 2023 has been entered into force upon its publishment in the Official Gazette dated September 21, 2023. Accordingly, it has been noted that the fees of 2023 have been generally and approximately increased by (average) 90% compared to the fees of 2022.
