Your personal data is acquired by Acar Ergönen directly from you, from current employees, the website, career portals, former employers, or references through telephone, email, visual/audio recordings, or web portals, and processed within the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law for the purposes and legal reasons listed below, and securely stored during determined retention periods.

In transferring personal data, commitments regarding data security are obtained from third parties involved in data transfer, and the data transfer is done securely.
- Rights of the Data Subject
At any time, you can submit your requests regarding your rights stipulated in Article 11 of the LPPD to Acar Ergönen in writing or through other methods explained in the LPPD. As Acar Ergönen, we will evaluate your request as soon as possible and conclude it within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
