Duygu Acar Yücesoy, following her graduation from Istanbul Private German High School, successfully completed her law degree at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Furthermore, she attained her MLB in law and business administration from Bucerius University School of Law and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Business in Hamburg.
She primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, local and international joint ventures, contracts law as well as start-up and technology law. Additionally, she expertly represents her domestic and foreign clients in legal and commercial disputes before mediators, courts, and arbitration tribunals.
As a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, Duygu Acar Yücesoy also holds the designation of a registered patent and trademark attorney with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Furthermore, she is a registered mediator at the Department of Mediation.
