One of the founding partners of our law firm, Dr. iur. Onur Ergönen, has published a book in the field of arbitration law titled "Turkish Arbitration Law and the Role of Turkish Courts in Domestic and International Arbitration". The book has been featured in the "Foreign Law and Private International Law Publications Series", a collaborative effort between the prestigious German publishing house, Mohr Siebeck, and the Max Planck Institute since 1980. The book is now available for purchase at legal bookstores throughout Europe. Although it is not available for sale in Turkey, the book can be accessed through university libraries.
