Gamze Güngör Bulut completed her law degree at Faculty of Law, Bahçeşehir University. She is currently pursuing a master degree in Information and Technology Law at Bilgi University.
She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and is proficient in English. Additionally, she is a certified mediator.
